Hi All,
I have using 3 months old Dell Inspiration N5110 laptop, Once the service done to replace hard disk, and re install the OS, The Windows mobility center (WMC) keeps pop up, when ever i typing or playing game. Its irritating too much.
Once WMC keeps pop up then 'Enter' key not works, but it work with Ctrl + Enter.
I have analysis this that, there are 3 ways to open WMC.
1) Dedicated button in Inspiration N5110 for WMC @ top right corner
2) By pressing Windows + X,
2) From control panel.
In my case, whenever WMC pop up comes, the WMC dedicated button's light on (same as when we pressed it), in 2nd and 3rd ways, the dedicated button's wouldn't light on. So the pop up coming from the dedicated button. Their is possible button struck, or the connection of top 3 keys (WMC, Dell tech Support and Monitor on/OFF) have different connection with mother board.
I called Dell Tech support and inform the issue. Tech person asked me check in safe mode, that time pop up not came. ( WMC service is not available in safe mood), and provided driver to upgrade Quick set, but after upgrade also same issue occurring.
Now tech guy want format the OS and re install it. but i feel this is hardware issue. and searched in the forum also many people facing issue after format also.
So can anyone please provide how to overcome this Problem?
